“Before working with Lisa I was about 20 pounds overweight and struggling to get motivated to do anything about it. Everything I had tried in the past only worked temporarily. I didn’t have the money to pay for a personal trainer the rest of my life, nor did I want to be “dieting” the rest of my life. Even though I was getting desperate to lose the weight that never seemed to go anywhere, every change seemed like a huge hurdle. I had tried just about everything! Also, I thought Lisa was crazy when she said we could have 30 minute sessions over the phone on the off weeks. How was that going to do anything? Well…it did. Creating new action commitments, retraining my brain to think differently, thinking about different things I could do and techniques to use when I get into unique situations, etc…those were all things we were able to do over the phone. Lisa also has a background in nutrition and was able to share some really easy and delicious recipes that my family even loved! I completed my 3-month program with Lisa about a month ago, and have waited to submit this testimonial because I wanted to make certain it wasn’t a fluke. In the past, this is about the time I would start falling off track, and I wanted to be certain her coaching and program is not like the others that failed me. I’m happy to say I have continued making changes since my sessions ended. I have gone from a size 8 to a 2-4 and currently weigh 120.
