- Refunds: Refunds for digital products or completed sessions are not available. For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be eligible for a prorated refund, subject to our discretion.

All materials, content, and methodologies provided by us, including but not limited to training resources, digital products, and session recordings, are the exclusive property of Life by Design, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose without explicit written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our Services. While we aim to provide tools and strategies for success, individual results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life by Design, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
